Please note all guests will need to be pre-registered for gate access into this beautiful, private neighborhood and have a valid photo ID with them.



Getting Around:

Please use your GPS for the most accurate directions!



Make sure you always enter and exit through the main gates (guarded gates)!

All ride share and delivery drivers have access through guarded gates.



Other Things to Note:

We understand that you may be excited to start your stay sooner than later. To ensure an early check in please put in a request in advance.



Please note if you would like the pool/spa heated, inquire by reaching out to the host. They need a 24 hour notice to heat the pool/spa and a nightly heating charge will be added.



Your home is one of the very few lake properties in Terra Lago that is completely detached so it does not share any walls with neighbors. Similar properties are like condos/townhomes attached to each other.



Your home boasts one of the corner lots so there is only one neighbor on one side of the house, giving you utmost privacy. There is also a small path next to the property allowing you enjoy the lake and scenery and short walks.
