Located in Termeno sulla Strada del Vino/Tramin an der Weinstraße, the apartment "Karin - Lagrein" offers everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 53 m² accommodation on the 2nd floor can host up to 4 guests and features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, and heating. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher.



Guests share a covered terrace with a seating area, sun loungers, and a play corner. An electric table grill is available for shared use on the rooftop terrace. Please clean the grill after use and unplug it. Public transport is within walking distance, and a parking space is available in a garage. Families with children are welcome. Dogs are allowed for an extra fee; please do not let them on beds or sofas. The rooftop terrace and garden are not accessible to dogs. Please do not leave your dog alone in the apartment. You will find brochures with designated dog-walking routes. Smoking and parties are not permitted. Due to the central location, traffic noise may be heard with open windows, but the windows provide good sound insulation.



Homemade products are offered. A bread delivery service is available on request. The property has guidelines for proper waste separation; more information is provided on site. A washing machine is available on request for an extra fee. A filter coffee maker and filters, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning products are provided. Bottled water is supplied; please return empty bottles.
