The master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, a sitting area, and access to the patio and fully fenced courtyard. The second bedroom offers two single beds, making it ideal for couples, families, or friends.

The air-conditioned open-plan living area opens onto a covered patio and includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, comfortable lounge, large LCD TV, DVD player, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

The spacious bathroom features a generous shower with wheelchair-friendly access, while the laundry includes a top-loading washing machine and laundry tub for added convenience.

While we ensure that all beds are equipped with mattress protectors, pillows, pillowcases, quilts, quilt covers, we kindly ask guests to bring their own additional laundry detergent, dish soap, personal soap, and toilet paper among other personal
necessities.

It's only a short stroll down to the river, Matty's Flat boat ramp and jetty where you can try a spot offishing, while watching the kids enjoy
the playground nearby. Walk or cycle alongside the riverbank, taking in the local wildlife, or venture a little further onto the popular walk along the break wall.Or just relax, watching the sunsets whilst enjoying a drink, lunch or dinner at the Riverside Tavern.

It's only a 5 minute drive into the centre of South West Rocks with local cafes, restaurants, loads of shopping opportunities and popular swimming locations including Back Creek and main beaches.

Both the Surf Club and Country Club offer a Courtesy Bus service for pick up and drop off.
Access to Geckos is from Dilberang Close as this unit is located downstairs from the main residence.

Gaol or Smoky Cape Lighthouse, this is a great place to escape and is the ideal family retreat by the
beach perfect for year-round swimming.

South West Rocks is popular as a holiday destination for its variety of beaches including Horseshoe
Bay, Main Beach, Little Bay, Gap Beach, North Smoky and Smoky Beach. Beginners and experienced
surfers will both find waves to suit them or take a surf lesson with Trent Munro Surf Academy.

Fish Rock Cave, 2 km offshore, is one of the best cave dives in the country, a 125-m passage through
the centre of a small island, with an amazing variety of marine life including grey nurse sharks,
turtles and spotted eagle rays.

The area has a rich heritage set on cliffs high above the sea, Trial Bay Gaol was built in the 1880s to
house prisoners and then as an internment camp for Germans and Austrians living in Australia
during World War 11. Smoky Cape Lighthouse is one of the oldest, and tallest lighthouses in NSW.
