Welcome to Sand Dollar Condominiums in Daytona Beach Shores! This eighth floor condo has stunning furnishings and breathtaking oceanfront views from the primary bedroom, the living room, and the kitchen! Included in your stay are all the resort-style amenities at Sand Dollar Condominiums such as an on-site fitness room, sprawling oceanfront sun deck, community room, oceanfront heated (seasonally) pool, 2 saunas, and secure garage parking.
When you enter this unit the direct, oceanfront views will take your breath away! The oceanfront balcony can be accessed from the living room as well as the primary bedroom. The living room includes comfortable furnishings, a large flat-screen television, and stunning oceanfront views. The kitchen comes fully stocked for all your cooking needs and overlooks the dining area with seating for 4 as well as two additional bar stools. This condo also includes a convenient laundry room in the unit.
The oceanfront primary suite hosts a king bed, flat screen television, and large closets. The adjoining primary bathroom contains a vanity and large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, flat-screen television, and double closet.
Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, the admin fee show in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call. This location was perfect for our needs. The view to the beach was amazing and we enjoyed having time to sit and relax out there. Looking forward to a return visit when the pool is fixed.
Communication from the renting company was amazing and we had no difficulties with accessing this location. Due to some rain upon arrival, the rental company was kind enough to send us information on things we could do to avoid goin stir crazy (and we enjoyed a few of them especially K1 and popstroke). Great vacation and just what we needed!

Everything was good. Problem with the internet, but condo called the internet company and they fixed it. (It worked, but a lot slower than first 3 weeks)

The kitchen and bathrooms were updated but the rest of it needs to be more modern. The mattress need to be replaced. My husband and I slept in separate rooms because of it. One was too hard and one was too soft. Disappointed
