We had a lovely 4 night stay in April 2025! The property was a short few paces to the lake w/a beautiful view from inside the home. It was a very quiet time of year with little foot traffic on the pathway next to the house. We gave 5 Stars because of the location, peaceful area, and all the little extras the owner supplied us travelers....the wine, coffee, tea, soaps, extra pillows & blankets for the very comfortable beds! Highly recommend the Milford Sound tour w/Fiordland Tours (picked us up at the house, small group & small boat!) & the Glow Worm your was great! Would stay here again!

Located overlooking the lake, we enjoyed the view and the town. It was a great stay, clean, warm, with the necessities. Owners were very helpful and kind.

My wife and I spent 3 nites and enjoyed the whole experience including meeting Brian and his wife, dinners in Te Anau, our bike ride along the lake, and helicopter tour.
