Booked last minute for Memorial Day. It has a B&B feel which we enjoyed. Large community gathering space with games, fridge, and stove perfect if you have kids.Weather wasn't lovely, still enjoyed the hot tub. Walked everywhere and when it was driving rain on the boardwalk after dinner at Above The Dunes, fabulous food and drinks, the Lyft was only 7 bucks back.Would absolutely go back.

Clean room, attentive staff, pet friendly, nice little pool and hot tub. Close to the shops and 2 great spots for breakfast a block away. We biked everywhere. Bikes are available for free. We will definitely return.

Perfect location… close to Rehobeth boardwalk but away from hustle and bustle. Very quaint and while small, they have thought of a lot of nice touches - free bikes, beach chairs, outdoor seating areas — I would stay here again definitely!
