**The Beach Club pool and deck renovation project is scheduled for September 8, 2027 through November 3, 2027. Due to safety and liability concerns during construction, the closure will include the entire Beach Club, fitness room, rental hales, and beach access gate. During this time, Anaehoʻomalu Bay can be accessed through the Marriott gate.

- If booking over both Christmas and New Year's, a 10 night stay is required.
- If not staying for both holidays, check-in and check-out must fall between December 26–29.
