Villa Eeanthe is a two-storey beachfront villa for up to 6 guests at Thalasses Villas, a small estate of five villas in Pigianos Kampos, east of Rethymno. It suits families and groups of friends who want their own pool, sea views and helpful staff close at hand.

SEA VIEWS FROM THE UPPER TERRACE
The upper floor opens onto a large terrace with panoramic views of the Cretan Sea, the surrounding countryside and the sunsets. It is a lovely place for breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening.

ON THE BEACH
The estate sits on a sandy stretch of beach. Directly in front of the villas is a beach area with sun loungers and umbrellas reserved for guests, and beyond it lies the wider natural beach.

YOUR OWN POOL AND INCLUDED SERVICES
Outside the large glass doors is the villa`s private swimming pool with sun loungers, surrounded by landscaped gardens, outdoor seating and an outdoor grill. Pool heating available on request at an additional daily charge – please let us know at least one week before arrival. An outdoor hot tub (jacuzzi) sits on a wooden deck in the garden. Included in your stay: a welcome basket, housekeeping and a linen and towel change every 3 days, pool towels, and pool cleaning 2-3 times a week depending on the weather.

THE SPACE
The ground floor is a bright open-plan lounge, indoor dining area and fully equipped kitchen, with large glass doors to the pool and garden. This level also has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Upstairs are one more bedroom, a second bathroom and the terrace.

Beds have Cocomat mattresses, and finishes include Kahrs wooden floors and Greek white marble. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, dishwasher and washing machine are provided.

The whole villa is yours: all indoor rooms, the upper terrace, the private pool with its sun loungers, and the garden and outdoor seating around it. In front of the villas is the estate`s beach area, with sun loungers and umbrellas reserved for Thalasses guests. Shared with the other four villas are the outdoor playground, the vegetable garden, the breakfast area and the parking.

The Thalasses Villas reception is open daily from 07:00 to 23:00, and keys are handed over there when you arrive. Our holiday advisor and concierge team is on hand before and during your stay with recommendations and help booking services and excursions, and before arrival you will receive a guide with useful information about the villa and the area.

Thalasses Villas sits on a sandy stretch of beach on the east side of Rethymno, in the peaceful coastal area of Pigianos Kampos. The beach is right in front of the estate. Cafes are about 650 m away, a supermarket about 950 m and a pharmacy about 1.4 km. The nearest doctor is about 3 km away.

Heraklion airport is approx. 72.8 km away and Heraklion port approx. 73.5 km. Chania airport is approx. 77.4 km away and Chania port approx. 61.2 km. Airport transfers and car or bicycle rental can be arranged on request at an extra charge. Parking: free parking on the premises, shared by the five villas.

Good to know before booking:
• Check-in is from 16:00 to 23:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Keys are collected at reception; if you will arrive later, please let us know in advance so we can arrange it.
• The villa is on two floors: one bedroom, the second bathroom and the terrace are upstairs.
• Maximum 6 guests. No parties or events, pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted inside the villa.
• Quiet hours are 14:00-18:00 and 23:00-08:00.
• Children must be supervised at the pool at all times, and no glass is allowed by the pool.
• Breakfast and daily housekeeping are not included but can be arranged at an extra charge. Pool heating available on request at an additional daily charge – please let us know at least one week before arrival.
• A valid ID or passport is required for every guest at check-in, as required by Greek law.
