Welcome to Endless Views, your bright and open Outer Banks getaway just a short walk from the beach within the Sea Dunes resort community in Kitty Hawk.
As an end-unit with ocean views, this home brings in abundant natural light and offers a more open, airy feel — creating a relaxed space that’s perfect for unwinding after a day on the sand.
Spend your days at the beach and your evenings enjoying the view from the deck or settling into a space designed for comfort, flexibility, and easy coastal living.
Beach gear, bikes, and full resort amenities (pool, hot tub, clubhouse, game room, pickleball/tennis, racquetball, and gym) are all included — plus local tips and responsive support from our OBX-based family, welcoming guests since 1973.
Recent updates, including refreshed finishes and flooring, help create a clean, comfortable space that feels both modern and inviting.
The multi-level layout offers flexibility for families or groups, with open living areas upstairs and additional sleeping space below. The ground-level bonus suite provides a separate area that’s ideal for teens, another couple, or anyone looking for extra privacy.
Downstairs, the garage also serves as a convenient beach staging area with seating, gear, bikes, and room to get organized before heading out for the day.
Located in the heart of Kitty Hawk, you’ll be just steps from the beach and close to local favorites, shops, and restaurants — everything you need for a relaxed Outer Banks stay.
Must adhere to resort rules posted in the unit, I can send you a copy on request. They are common-sense rules so that all in the community are happy!
Quiet time after 10PM
No cooking curry or other heavily spiced dishes - we don`t have a spice kitchen and cannot remove the odor from heavily spiced cooking between guests - I will assess a $250 fee through the Resolution Center for the cost of odor removal.
Smoking on the deck permitted, but not inside.
No overcrowding - I will assess a $100 per night fee for each person over the maximum occupancy of 8 through the Airbnb resolution center.
Must be 25 years old to make a reservation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and everyone slept great. Can’t beat the ease of access to the beach. We ran into a few hiccups and the owner was very helpful. The sand shower, the washer/dryer combo and the grill were especially great for us. There’s plenty of beach supplies. We will stay here again.

Overall had a great time. The location was awesome. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans etc. the BIG downside was the 3rd “bedroom.” It was actually a storage room with a bed in it in the garage. So to go to a bathroom, you had to go through the garage and up a flight of stairs. The cupboards in the “bedroom “ were full of paint cans and extra molding from a renovation were leaned up against the wall. Wish I had known this before renting!!!
