Prime location—walkable to Lucca and easy train access for day trips.
Beautiful, spacious home exactly as pictured very comfortable beds.
Great nearby amenities (pizza, groceries, pharmacy).
Well-equipped kitchen and lovely outdoor garden space.
AC in every bedroom worked very well.
Excellent, responsive host support from Mini.
Dislikes / Considerations:
WiFi could be spotty at times—not ideal for working remotely, but was fine for us!
Pool is not heated (Cold outside peak summer).
Washing machine cycles are very long and there’s no dryer—may be inconvenient for families or light packers.
No ice maker (though ice is easy to buy nearby).

From booking to departure Lucca Villas and Apartments were excellent. We were greeted at the property by a property manager who kept in touch throughout our stay and provided local restaurants and foo shopping recommendations which we used. The property is exactly as shown and all age groups in our party had a wonderful time and would return. The beds were comfortable, the Villa is clean cool and spacious and provides the perfect accommodation to immerse yourself in Lucca and the surrounding area. Walking the walls was one of the best holiday experiences.

This is a beautiful house. It is exceptionally well maintained in nearly all respects. Monica was very responsive and solved any issues we had. All systems worked very well and as advertised. This is a great location with just a short walk to the city wall. There was noise from dogs and traffic so not a completely quiet environment if that’s what is desired.

Pool location villa layout with en suite for all upstairs bedroom
Monica is excellent facilitator and source of information
Better explanation on management of power. Specifically how to turn pool pump off when there is heavy air conditioning.
