If was super cozy and had air conditioning and everyone thing we were looking for. Only negative thing I would say is that to toilet omits a sewer smell in the guest bedroom at night. Other then that it was great.

This hobbit house was such a fun place to stay! It was very spacious, clean, and secluded. The building and interior with hobbit-themed items helped make it look virtually authentic. Definitely recommended!
