The pool is just a few hundred feet away from your front door, and the Ocean is a short 5-minute stroll! The tiki bar, bathrooms, and outdoor showers are available beachside for your convenience. And don't miss out on the bike paths that meander for miles through lush scenery. This is the perfect spot for family and friends who want to do it all while on the island!

* Shipyard is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $45. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! There are free trolley stops at various locations throughout the island.
