Amazing location with ac and balcony. 2 bathrooms and laundry a huge plus. Worked great for our family.
Lacked some basic amenities like paper towels, ample toilet paper, dishwasher soap, etc. Also, the major construction going on next-door had the jackhammers going first thing in the morning (not your fault).

We loved staying in the apartment with the sun on the harbour every morning. Spacious, an excellent well equipped kitchen, a lovely welcome pack, plenty of hot water. Great heating, ac and washing.
We had an excellent stay, but here are some small things that might help future guests:
There's a small amount of black on the wall (mould?) in the first bedroom.
The drain in the bathroom smells - we've used a lot of bleach on it, but not sure if it has helped.
The seal on the oven is broken - looks like it has been repaired already, but I am worried the heat is escaping and melting the controls!
For people staying 4 weeks, please consider providing more toilet and cleaning supplies.
There is a buzzing noise every few minutes at night - probably from la cantena kitchen - would be amazing if you could stop that somehow.
The door to the apartment is hard to close - noisy for other apartments.
The door to the bathroom is hard to lock.
The light bulb in the corridor above the lift door needs replacing.
The door at the front of la cantena entrance is sticky - it does not close well - would be nice to fix this. (The waiters in la cantena can explain).
The patio furniture needs replacing, especially the sun loungers.
A second set of keys would be nice.

Air-con in rooms was great as it was in the 30s. Lovely views from the spacious patio area. Only a few minutes to groceries and the sea. Restaurants and cafes plentiful. Ideal for boat trips which launched from out the front- we went on 2.
