Whether you are looking to spend time outdoors on nearby hiking trails or stay in and enjoy the ocean views from the patio, our Morro Bay home is perfect for you! Just a 5-minute drive to the beach and15-minute drive to SLO & Montana de Oro. Our home accommodates 4 adults and up to 2 children. We live in a safe, quiet neighborhood and do not allow loud parties or large gatherings.
*Host & host's family live on the property in a separate house. There are no shared spaces & guests have their own private gated entrance.*
Our home has 2 bedrooms: one queen bed, one narrow twin bed perfect for a child, and a fold-out queen sofa bed in the living room. There is a pack & play with mattress available for babies/toddlers. The bathroom has a shower/tub. There are multiple seating areas in the front yard to enjoy the ocean view and sunset.
There is a large flat screen TV in the living room with internet and Roku to access your streaming services. WiFi password will be provided upon arrival.
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals, including microwave, toaster, blender, and baking sheets. Coffee pot with ground coffee provided. Folding chairs available to accommodate additional seating at the dining table.
The fireplace is not to be used for fires. Instead, there are battery-operated candles that can be turned on with a remote.
A gas wall heater heats the home, there is no A/C (there really is no need for it here). There is a ceiling fan in the living room and stand fan in main bedroom closet.
We are children-friendly! Small bedroom has bookcase with kid's books and toys.
2 parking spots available in front of the house.
Guests have their own private gated entrance to the yard from the parking area. Self check-in is set up with a lock box by the front door. The laundry room is not accessible to guests and is only used by the host. There are multiple laundromats within a short drive away.
Our rental is licensed with the city of Morro Bay and is insured. Permit # STR25-105.
***Please be advised that there are 2 separate houses on the property and that the driveway and back gated area are reserved for the host and their family. We respect your privacy and ask you to please respect ours.***

Everything exceeded our expectations! Quiet, peaceful property with a great view from the beautiful garden patio. Perfect for morning coffee! Everything was conveniently set up and easy to find. Great space for the kids to sleep and close to Morro Bay and other Central Coast attractions. Would stay again!

This place is so comfy, cozy, and cute! The location is perfect and the view from the kitchen window is BEAUTIFUL! The only thing I would say is the couch/pullout futon bed is not very comfortable. The second smaller room only has a twin bed and neither one of my littles wanted to sleep in there alone. It was so clean and we felt right at home. Will be staying again in the future for sure!

This home has the MOST comfortable bed my husband and I have ever slept in, at a VRBO or hotel. I’m going to message the owner and ask what brand the mattress is.This is a sweet, super clean home in a sweet, super clean neighborhood full of real people. The owners and their children and chickens live in the home in the back half of the lot. The VRBO is a detached home on the front half of the lot. It has a lovely little garden with Adirondak chairs out front. In good weather you could sit there, sip a beverage, and enjoy the view of the bay and Morro Rock.It is a VERY quiet neighborhood full of seniors and younger parents and children. It’s perfect for quiet couples who want a home base for exploring Morro Bay and San Luis Obispo. A couple with one or two children - infants up to 6th graders - would be happy here too, as long as there were plenty of long outings to park or beach. It is a two-bedroom; the 2nd is small and has one twin bed. But it was wonderful for us. Highly recommend.
