The property was very well clean and had such a beautiful view of the ocean. Its location is right off the elevator on the 16th floor. The host was very prompt with information and very helpful with any questions. I definitely recommend this property to anyone that is considering it.

The check-in process was very easy. Especially because we filled out all the information online with vehicles and vin numbers and pet vaccine history prior to getting there. So once we checked in, they just handed us a welcome packet and we were set. Additionally, the room was very nice and clean with all the amenities one could need. We had a great view of the beach in tower 1. Overall our experience was a 10/10. If I had to critique anything it would be that the pictures online kind of make the rooms and balcony look a little bigger than what they really were. But they still were nice. Furthermore, we stayed from Tuesday-Sunday and the pool was down for Tower 1 until Friday. So that was a downer, but I know it couldn't be helped as things happen.We would definitely stay here again. Great prices, great condo, great views, and overall amazing beach trip with all the friends. :)

The front office staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. I received numerous emails and phone calls, which felt harassing, due to their lack of transparency regarding our itinerary. We were also forced to pay a garage fee that was never mentioned when we booked the condo. The listing says 3 bedrooms but in fact it was 2 bedrooms and a big closet with a futon bed in it. lAdditionally, the condo itself had several issues: broken cookware, a non-working TV, and hand soaps that were diluted with water.We had a great time with family, but I would not recommend this place to anybody!
