Beautiful large open home that is great for small or large families and can sleep up to 12. All needs are taken care of including a coffee bar, firepit and rooftop viewing deck. This house is in a great location that is close to Needles, Laughlin, Lake Havasu and only 2 hours from Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon.

Property is better equipped than most VRBO’s we have rented, very clean and comfortable. Host is very communicative and easy to work with. We will definitely make this a standard spot for our trips to Needles.

Host responded quickly to any questions I had. Beautiful house that was completely turn key for our stay. AC on when we got there so did not need to wait for it to cool down. Will definitely be booking this house again!

I would give this property 10 stars if I could. We were up there for the week celebrating Thanksgiving with family nearby. The kitchen had everything I needed to make a Thanksgiving dinner. The house had plenty of space for my family to spread out even my cranky teenager had a great time. This is will be our go to rental every time we come up thank you for everything.
