Welcome to Haven Haus, tucked right beside Deer Lake State Park and just minutes from 30A's best beaches. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat comes with a private golf cart for cruising 30A, a garage set up for ping pong matches, and bright, open spaces perfect for the whole family. Spend your afternoons at the pool or biking down to the beach. And when it's time to wind down, The Big Chill is just around the corner for tacos, live music, and ice cream with the kids.

Other things to note:
- Parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway (Unit B). Overflow parking available in South Prominence.
- Minimum age to rent is 25.
- No pets allowed—thanks for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
Beach Access:
There are many public beaches along 30A that can be enjoyed. Most beach accesses have parking nearby along 30A or in parking lots.
Deer Lake State Park - Closest access (1 mile), with parking, restrooms, and picnic areas. $5 per vehicle.
Seabreeze Beach Access - 5-min golf cart or 8-min bike ride. Shoulder parking and crosswalk access.
Gulf Lakes Beach Access - Bike-friendly with nearby public parking.
Walton Dunes - Easy walk-on access, great for drop-offs and bike parking.
Inlet Beach Regional Access - 15-min drive with lifeguards, restrooms, and ample parking (golf cart not permitted).

The condo was great, clean, no problems with anything while we were there. They have full size pumps of hand soap and dish soap. They also have full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion in bathrooms. Lots of extra towels. They have dishwasher tablets and washer pods. This condo has 7 sand chairs, so no need to bring your own. The bikes don’t have baskets on them, but comes with 4 usable bikes. This one also has a garage door opener which is a game changer if you have stayed in one with code only. Beds and couch are comfy. Lots of kitchen wear everything in good condition. Washer and dryer work well. Kalos super easy to work with and text to communicate. We had no issues when staying for the week. We used north and south pools. We go over to the Hub. We used the state park beach or the public beach access toward Alys. We also will use the beach access in seagrove because there is no stairs there and has a little parking with it as well. Would stay in this condo again!

Property was exactly as advertised on VRBO, clean, spacious, very convenient to local attractions in addition to having the necessary beach equipment and amenities needed for us. This was our first trip to 30A after hearing about it for many years from friends and it did not disappoint! Thank you for a wonderful family trip!

I do love the location, and the overall concept of the unit. Upon arrival, the floors were very dirty. I reached out and managemment had someone over within 30 minutes to mop the floors. They were in and out in under 10 minutes, which was a little concerning. Five minutes down the road on the golfcart, it broke down. Management had someone over the very next morning to have someone look at it. It never got fixed, but my husband figured it out enough forbus to atleast have a gofcart for our stay. The ac in the master bedroom does not cool well at all. It made it pretty uncomfortable. Managemment was called and they had a maintenance man over asap. He helped cool it down, but it never cooled down like the rest of the house. We found some dirty dishes put away as well. The dryer would not heat to dry our clothes. We called once and they sent someone who said it was fixed, it was not. Called again, and he told us it would only work on a certain setting; we tried that and it still would not dry our clothes. We finally just gave up. One good thing I have to say, the management was amazing and helpful, and quick to respond with solutions. This is the second Kalo Dwellings home we've stayed at with similar issues as far as cleanliness, so I'm not sure we'd do again. The house itself and all of the amenities were good.
