Condo was perfect, clean, as listed, and had no issues. Listing is very up front about everything.

Great PCB vacation spot, on site amenities are so convienient. Close to it all but, almost no need to leave the property.

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

I was not very happy with the condo. There seems to be black mold on the bathroom ceiling. The toilets, I think, were meant for grade school kids. The plugs in the bedroom were not working properly. It was an okay place to stay. The knives and some silverware were rusty. There was no skillet to cook with. Part of the ceiling in the living area seems to be falling. The pictures do not show it well, but the only entry to the shower is in the bedroom, which makes it awkward if multiple people are staying in the condo. That was my last stay at The Summit.
