It is located a short 2-minute drive on a brand new cement road or a 15-minute walk where you will be able to see monkeys and exotic birds along the way.

The beach has tide pools perfect for little kids to discover colorful fish and your occasional octopus.

Casa Bendita is located on Langosta Beach, less than a mile from the restaurants, shops, and activities of Tamarindo. This stylish 4 bedroom home defines luxury. Upon entering the house you encounter a lush garden with cast stone fountains and tropical pools. Three bedrooms surround the gardens, and have ensuite full baths and beds that look out to the tropical garden. The master bedroom opens to the infinity pool, and has stunning views of the pool and ocean, as well as an outdoor sitting area perfect for reading. With four bedrooms and five baths, the villa sleeps eight comfortably.

The custom designed kitchen is fully equipped with state of the art appliances and gas stove. The family room, kitchen, and dining areas are part of one great room that open onto the deck and pool area. The covered outdoor dining area on the deck has a gas grill, refrigerator and prep sink. The villa is fully air-conditioned, with temperature controls in every bedroom.
