🏠 Our quiet little residential neighborhood is nestled among the dunes at Crescent Beach -- just a 15 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine and short walk to the beach.
Getting Around:
🚙Driving is the best option to get around St. Augustine. Uber/Lyft are available and recommended if you plan to go out at night.
Other Things to Note:
🔌A Level 2 EV charger is available for guest use. Please note that garage parking is not permitted, so you'll need to plug in from the driveway. The charger cord extends approximately 11 feet from the garage door, which should comfortably reach most vehicles parked just outside.
🐾 Pets considered on a case by case basis. Pet fees apply. Please inquire before bringing pets to ensure you do not incur additional fees.
Pet Policy: For the safety and comfort of your pets, please do not leave your pets unattended inside the property at any time.
🚗 Our house is located on a busy stretch of A1A. Please use extra caution when pulling in and out of the driveway. Ensure side gates are fully closed, and children and pets should have supervision when out front.
🏖️ When leaving the house for the beach, take the sidewalk to the left, and turn left at the first street, Sea Oats Road. There is a sandy path at the end of the road that leads to the beach.
💳 Credit card processing fees will NOT be refunded in the event of a cancellation.
🎥 Exterior security cameras are active on the property.
👥 Please note: An additional charge will apply starting with the 9th guest and for each additional guest thereafter.
📌 NOTE: If your stay is 21 days or longer, $100 will be added to your cleaning fee to accommodate a deep cleaning. We will coordinate payment upon booking!

We had a wonderful stay. Considering we had 2 families in the same residence for a week, it was fantastic. It’s a great place if you have a bunch of people that are like minded that can go past the “3 day rule”. The place was well stocked with everything for a beach day or staying in, playing board games or watching TV. Eating in was easy with 2 kitchens for making meals. We really enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommend.

Extremely clean property. Well setup for a family stay.As mentioned in the listing, it is on a busy road. During the day, there will be a bit of road noise. This seemed to quiet down in the evenings. Property manager was very responsive with any questions or issues.

We have stayed here two years in a row now. We love Butler beach and this area is a great location. We did have some issues while there, but they had minimal impact on our stay and the owners wanted info on everything so they could address them with their handyman. It has a downstairs with its own kitchen so that has been great for our adult children who each bring a friend and then we do not get kept up too late. They added video games down there too for more entertainment. They enjoyed the hot tub as well.

A house straight from the pages of a house magazine... no kidding. Every room, immaculate and attention to detail... allot of thought was put into each room, the flow, guest's needs and outdoor space. All these thoughts were almost lost the first 30 minutes on the property. First impressions weren't positive. A short trip means you don't get to make requests and there isn't time for responses...I know this. This isn't my first time... although I'm not seasoned with only about a dozen rentals... but there are certain expectations... such as safely reaching the front door. The steps are questionable.... the whole structure shook and swayed... things a staircase shouldn't do. Then the door code didn't work. Now check in is 4pm.. and sunset is 6pm... and we were wanting to get unloaded in the day light than hit the beach for sunset... and it got close. I had to request a remote door opening to just get the car unloaded. The directions for door lock operation were detailed but incorrect coupled with my code not being implemented... created a bad first impression. The host was very responsive... as if they were right there... never have i had such a response time... door issue was resolved with a new code. Stairs... well mentioning wouldn't have changed anything except create hassle on our end. Location location location. My last house was west of the A1A and I knew I wanted this one to be east of it. The walk was about 10 minutes casually paced... in a very
