Laundry room, WIFI, TV, corn hole, horseshoes, bogie boards. $150.00 non-refundable pet fee limit 2 small dogs no dogs over 30 lbs. without permission, must be on flea protection. WIFI provided. Extra charge for over 6 six guests, limit 8 guests per fire Marshall. All guests must be listed on rental agreement or will be evicted. No Pitt Bulls. Please provide email address at time of booking. Bed really comfy. Great space for group of people. Kitchen fully stocked with gear. Loved having dishwasher and good tvs in living area and bedrooms. Only complaint was backyard. We have a little dog. Thought fenced in.. places he could get out. Still had a neighborhood to walk in and places nearby to take him. Hosts checked on us. Overall good stay good location.

The area was nice and the house was wonderful , we will most definitely stay again , the host was so nice and answered all our questions

The house provides lots of space and comfortable beds for a beach stay. Bathrooms were a little tight but manageable. Backyard fence area was smaller than what I had imagined. Everything you need is provided. Overall, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again!
