The Space:
This classic Southwest-style vacation home features cool terracotta floors, tall ceilings with wood beams, ceiling fans, and warm, welcoming furnishings. The living area has walls of French doors leading both to the front entry courtyard and back patio overlooking the pool deck and Verde Valley. This area is open with a gorgeous, curved leather sofa, flat-screen TV, chess table, and a dining table.
Off the living room is a fun game room, tranquil dry sauna, and a luxurious master suite with a king bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with a jetted soaking tub, shower, and steam shower. There is an additional queen en-suite guest room off the game room with patio doors leading to the courtyard.
Back in the living area, steps lead up to a fully equipped kitchen with high-end stainless appliances, a tiled center island, and a second dining table with seating for 8, and sweeping views of the Verde Valley. There are two beautifully appointed queen bedrooms on this level, sharing a guest bathroom. Guests also have access to a full laundry for light packing and vacation convenience.
The kitchen area opens up to the back patio with a BBQ grill, a bench seat to soak up the panoramic views, and a bistro table for outdoor dining. The house was very nice and had great views! Everything was pretty clean, except for the floors so we did mop upon arrival. We found four scorpions and a black widow that appeared to be living in the light fixture in the passage way to the pool. Obviously that's expected out here in AZ, I definitely wouldn't walk barefoot anywhere! The house was super nice and would stay again if the house was more handicap friendly. My dad did have a hard time getting around (stairs everywhere). It was very spacious and well laid out and the rental company was super helpful, sweet, and quick to respond. If I could change anything about our stay it would be to heat the pool at least one day since it was so cold. Which was not expected in the AZ summer.! Great house for a family vacation overall!

You will never find the perfect house but this one is close. The few issues we had did not take away from our stay. We had 9 of us and it is so big we still had privacy. Lots of outdoor space also. Dan S.

Pool was cool on the first day but heated up the next day. Enjoyed the pool but the steps need a handrail for seniors to get out. Tiles are slippery one in our party slipped and sustained a slight cut on the steps. More night lights around the pool would be helpful. Also a handrail going to the out side apartment on the steps. We enjoyed the morning wildlife! So entertaining!! I would recommend this property. Very convenient and close to things in the area. We had a wonderful time!!

The house has beautiful views and the house was very spacious. The pool and billiards was really nice to have at the end of the day. We did have some dog hair in our bed sheets and two of the bathrooms just need to have the shower tile cleaned. Other than that everything else was clean.The backyard views were beautiful. The bedrooms had plenty of space for your belongings. The kitchen was very well equipped. The washer and dryer was very nice to use.We had the fire alarms go off intermittently at 5:15 am the first morning of our stay. They would go off and then stop and ten minutes later they would go off again multiple times. We called the emergency line 12 times and no one answered the 24 hour emergency line. We left the property that day because we didn’t know if we were safe or not. Late afternoon a gentleman called and asked if we heard from anyone and we said no. He came out to the house and walked around and tried to figure things out. This all happened on Sunday. We wanted to have someone professional to tell us the alarm system was working properly and we were safe. However we left the house on Friday and no one ever contacted us to tell us that things were working and we were safe.
