The kitchen is practical and well-stocked: electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, and even an extra fridge in the garage for those holiday feasts. Outside, the fully fenced grounds are expansive and child-friendly, with side access and plenty of space for games or quiet lounging. Fire up the 4-burner gas BBQ and dine under the stars.

Location? That's the real jewel. A flat, one-minute stroll takes you to Whiting and Turners Beaches, with a third beach just as close.
