Welcome to this incredible and exclusive estate located in the heart of the Empordà between Pals and Torroella de Montgrí, less than 5 minutes from the beach.

With more than 38,000 m2 of land and 855 m2 of built-up area, it is one of the most spacious estates in the entire area, ideal for disconnecting and getting together with family and friends.

This luxurious accommodation is distributed over two floors with 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and several living areas with beautiful views over the countryside and surroundings.

The exterior of this estate is incredible, completely fenced and with maximum privacy as there is no other estate within 300 metres. It has large green garden areas with lawn, one of which is right in front of the covered outdoor terrace on the ground floor. This connects directly to the pool and solarium area. At the back of the estate we find even more open garden space as well as an orchard area. Additionally, there is a large entrance and parking for countless vehicles.

The privileged location places the estate just a few minutes from the beach, close to the best cycling routes and a short distance from the golf courses. The gastronomic offer in this exclusive corner of Catalonia is wide, with first-class restaurants.
