The first property we stayed at never responded to our inquiries about extending our stay

We did not use the pool, our room overlooked it and to be honest it looked dirty the whole time. I did see a man vacuum it but my suggestion is to drain it and paint it during the off season to make it more appealing

Location was good. Mattress in guest room is uncomfortable. Floors and rugs were dirty. Feet and socks became black when walk on them. Rugs looked dirty and unappealing.
