Derlwyn is a newly renovated, detached 2-bedroom bungalow set in a large garden in Colwyn Bay, North Wales.
The bungalow comprises a living room, a kitchen/dining room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a bath and walk-in shower. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is a patio with plenty of space for dining and relaxing with distant sea views. There is ample parking. Please note that due to the change of connection at the top of the driveway, some vehicles may need to park in the space just outside.

Loved the bungalow! Excellent location, large and well equipped property. We stayed over 2 weeks and it had everything we needed. Anne was excellent, always got right back to us when we sent a message, and was able to accommodate every request. Would stay again!
