It is ideally located in the Médoc Natural Park, between the estuary ports and the ocean, in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood:

- 30 minutes from the ocean beaches (Montalivet, Plage des Pins)

- 20 minutes from Lake Hourtin and its leisure center (water sports, hiking, cycling, horse riding)

- 10 minutes from the estuary ports, Saint-Estèphe, and Pauillac

- 1 hour from Bordeaux, 1 hour from the bay, and 45 minutes from Verdon-sur-Mer



In the center of Vertheuil, one of the most beautiful villages of the Médoc, you will find a café-restaurant with a terrace in the park of the 12th-century Abbey, a grocery store (oysters available on weekends), a bakery, a takeaway pizzeria, an eco-museum, and many wine châteaux.
