Fantastic stay. Very easy.

Host was great easy to communicate with everything was great Attractions and shopping was good. Everything was clean in the house

The host was very responsive to messsges. The house inside was extremely clean. There was enough towels, Kleenex, toilet paper, coffee etc. provided. Host even provided shampoo and body wash. Bedrooms were spacious with more than enough beds, pillows, blankets etc.Furniture in living room was comfortable but other furniture in the house was not. The way the furniture and TVs were setup in the house there wasn’t anywhere that everyone could comfortably sit to watch TV.There was tape above the light fixtures I’m “assuming” to say what switch was for which light, however, they were written in Chinese. The outside of the property could use some attention. The lawn needed mowing and the steps going up to the porch were not up to code and extremely uneven with no handrails. The only exit available was the front door, which could be an issue during an emergency. There should be an emergency exit that is not locked. There was no access to the backyard. Overall everyone enjoyed their stay.

We were very disappointed with this stay. The overall feel of the place just wasn’t comfortable, and several details were not as expected. The driveway is actually off Woodspring, not as listed, and the property has lock boxes and locks everywhere, which created an unwelcoming first impression. While the pictures are somewhat accurate, the space feels much more cluttered in person. There is no truly usable seating area to watch TV. One television is in the dining room, and the other is positioned so far off to the side of the living room area, with a twin bed placed awkwardly beside it, that it isn’t viewable. To be fair, the listing doesn’t provide clear photos of the living room area, and we now understand why. The living room furniture has poorly fitted slipcovers, covering noticeably tattered furniture. Overall, all furnishings feel like a collection of random items used to fill the rooms rather than an intentional, comfortable setup. The beautiful scenic photo shown in the listing is not actually on the property; it’s taken from across the road looking toward the driveway off Woodspring.Although the home was clean, it didn’t offer the level of comfort or quality we expected for the price. If all you need is a place to sleep with access to a kitchen, it will do the job. However, we came to spend time with friends, and the space did not allow for that in the way we hoped.Overall, this stay was not what we were expecting.
