Located three blocks from the ocean and just steps from the back screened-in deck to Gorman Park (playground, tennis court, pickleball court, racquetball court, picnic tables, and grill). There are decks off of the front and back bedrooms to sit and relax. Close to many attractions such as mini golf, restaurants, kayaking, parasailing, and paddle boarding. *UPDATE 11/2025- All floors refinished and WiFi upgraded to Xfinity high-speed internet.
