In a quiet area, middle in the centre of Pattaya we build this Penthouse. The Penthouse (second floor) has a fantastic view over a small lake and the mountain, has all the luxury that you will need for an amazing holiday in Thailand. In a few minutes you are on the beach or in the 'nightlife' and 'shopping' area.
The Penthouse in 'Thai-Bali style', is build to European standards with double walls, quality building materials in 2010 and has an European kitchen, cable TV, DVD, Internet, luxurious bathrooms, air conditioning, living room, terrace, king and queen size bed and a lot more for your fantastic holiday. There's a fantastic outdoor jacuzzi on the terrace.

The place was delight to stay, clean, tidy and modern. Also not far away but far enough away from the center. There is a convenience store (seven eleven) restaurants and laundromats in walking distance. The cleaner was a lovely lady, even though we arrived there late (11:30pm) she was there for us as well as when we left which was 6:20am. Thank you so much

My stay was magical. Quiet community, beautiful community, outstanding hosts, and the attention to detail provided by our housekeeper ,Ai, blew us away. If you like quiet, safe, and close to all Pattaya City activities, this is the place to be. I’ve traveled all over the world and could not have been morePleased with this property. Awesome stay? The property manager was attentive, the facility was clean, and common areas like, Walking Street, bars, and lodges were not far away. I would definitely use this facility in the future.

Everything was excellent, other than jacuzzi unusable due to massive leak, we booked this property because of the jacuzzi, it wasnt a sudden fault, this was known before hand ,thus felt we should have been informed, its a 10/10 property if this is resolved, worth checking before booking.
