Awesome house with a great view! Large living area for people to spread out and the “private” bedroom downstairs is perfect for getting away. The centerpiece bathtub in the master suite is a nice unique fixture you don’t see very often. Easy parking and the fenced in yard were nice as well. This one will stay on my list for larger group stays in Anchorage.

The place was super clean and in the best location. Since we arrived 2:00AM the combo lock at the front door was so convenient. We walked downtown to restaurants and shopping. We also had to do a couple of loads of laundry and having detergent and dryer sheets was very helpful. There were also plenty of towels for our week's stay for the 4 of us. The 10-15 min drive to and from the airport was so easy as we all did not arrive and leave together. We would definitely stay here again!

House is located within walking distance of downtown and the coastal trail. Safe neighborhood with easy parking. The beds are comfortable, with one bed even having an adjustable mattress for comfort. The living room furniture is worn, but still usable. Kitchen is nice and has a large refrigerator and gas range. Large dining table. Nice views of the water. Would stay again.

The house definitely had some cool upgrades, like the staircase and the small deck with water views, the kitchen was nice too. The problem came with the bedrooms - each one had a negative for 3 adult couples. I don't think there's ever a place for a Full size bed in a VRBO property, this detail slipped by us and caused problems. The 'up primary' had Weck glass block IN FRONT OF THE SHOWER/TUB when backlit was visible to the den - a ridiculous design feature. The negative to the 'down primary' was lugging 2-week luggage down that beautiful staircase, then it was a bit musty once you got there.
