We had a great time at The Islander. Weather was perfect. Kendall was very helpful and friendly. Alan Tanner on the beach did a terrific job. And Todd was great to talk to.I would suggest giving out the VIP card when people arrive. Their seemed to be some confusion on whether they were available (someone said they no longer were giving them out). Another said there was a code # on the website (there was none). Finally Kendall came through when I asked her about the VIP card. The furnace filter in our condo needed to be changed but otherwise the condo was clean. I might also suggest that a TV Channel page be included in the folder that's in the room. Plus I had to reboot the cable box to get it to work.

Unit was very nice and clean. Beautiful view from patio. Only thing I would have liked was a Kuerig coffee maker. I am the only person who drinks coffee and usually just have one cup in the morning.

The condo was not that clean. The furniture had stains and were not inviting to sit in. Removing the bedding before leaving is weird. This was the first rental I have ever had to do this. Seeing the less than appealing pillows without the pillowcases were gross. The owner should invest some of his profit in some new pillows. Beds had an awkward foam topper thing that was uncomfortable. Also, the second bedroom did not have any outlets that were convenient to charge our devices at night. The property itself was a great location. Unfortunately condo 315 was less than appealing. I would not stay here again.
