The O`Four is a newly remodeled duplex with two private units. It is designed for modern enthusiast, who enjoy a cozy home away from home.
High speed internet, TV, Netflix. Also laundry and a full kitchen equipped with all cooking basics.

Late check-out is only applicable if requested.
If you overstay past the agreed upon normal 11am check-out time there is a fee of $80.
This $80 fee will be automatically deducted from your deposit.

If you see anything outside the realm of common scuff marks, a light stain or similar during your initial walk through, please document and forward it to us. We ask that our guests be mindful of towel suggestions (placed in the bathrooms) to help us provide a clean and sustainable environment.

I really hate leaving negative feedback, but we did have several issues here. We booked 2 units and one of them was not cleaned before we arrived. Trash left in the kitchen, trash on the bedroom floor and bed was unmade. The host did get a cleaner over there later the first night, but the unit was not ready until late at night on checkin day. The deadbolt batteries went dead so we just replaced them. The listing shows a beautiful bathtub, but surprise, they have the water pressure turned down so much it is unusable. :( Parking was also a hassle here. The host was great and tried to help any way that they could, but it wasn't the greatest stay unfortunately.
