The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating around the TV, along with a separate sitting area perfectly positioned to take in the incredible ocean views.

On the upper floor, you’ll find an additional den area complete with a pub table, comfortable sofa, and large flat-screen TV—giving everyone extra space to spread out and relax. This level also includes three additional bedrooms, including the spacious primary suite featuring a private ensuite bathroom and its own private deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

**** RENOURSHMENT PROJECT: We wanted to let you know that the City will be performing a beach renourishment project in order to enhance and preserve our beautiful shoreline. While the work involves moving sand to widen the beach, it will primarily take place around low tide hours on the far north and south ends of the Island and should have minimal impact on your enjoyment. We appreciate your understanding and are confident you’ll still have a relaxing and memorable stay by the ocean!
