The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.

Overall - it is a great house with good view, considering not on the Beach. Very short walk to the beach - excellant location. The house fit 11 of us very comfortably. However, if the house is to be cleanedby tenants before they leave - don't think you do anything to make sure that is done. There were various house cleaning issues I would like to point out: there are cobwebs on the ceiling in the Master bedroom on top floor, there were food crumbs on the kitch counter, behind the coffee makers, the high chair had food all over the seat and tray top. The furniture was dusty - could see the layer of dust on everything. It doesn't appear that you - as the management come in and do anything before the next person comes in. It was a high dollar house to rent - we deserve to come into a clean house. There are many nails on decking that have worked their way up that need repaired. No trash cans in some of the bathrooms - we found these in the kitchen by the table. And the little, round bars of soap left on bathroom sinks are really a joke - they crumble and fall apart when you try to use them. If you're going to put a little courtesty soap there - don't go cheap - make it worth while until you can get a proper handsoap for the week.

Beautiful house and perfect location. Kids loved the beach and pool. Adults loved the view, proximity to the beach, and the fully equipped kitchen. Communication with the host/rep was excellent and very fast. No major problems with the house throughout the stay. One small problem was address immediately. All in all it was a great and fun trip.

Location is best thing about this house. Steps to the beach. Overall the house is in ok condition. Definitely needs updates throughout. Pool was never cleaned. If you want to use the gas grill, you have to pay for a propane tank. We were told it is not included in the house rental. I had to call twice to get shower fixed in 2nd floor master bath. This could be a great vacation home but I will not return unless I know it has been updated.
