A lovely and comfortable single-story villa located in the Tamaragua neighborhood—a very quiet and safe area, just three kilometers from Corralejo, 150 meters from the supermarket, bus stop, and taxi stand. There’s also an Italian restaurant and a Spanish bar in the same neighborhood.

The sun deck, garden, and pool are completely private; no windows from other houses or neighbors overlook these areas, ensuring total privacy. The high walls block the wind and provide 100% privacy—a feature that’s very hard to find in Corralejo, making this a key distinction for the house and your vacation.

The bungalow has Wi-Fi and ADSL, a smart TV where you can stream Netflix, an USB player, and satellite reception with multiple channels in various languages.

Private pool measuring 4x2m and 1'1 deep, with the option of an electric heat pump (€70/week). With the heater on, the temperature will always be around 27–29 degrees Celsius—the perfect temperature for swimming. Without the heater, pools in Corralejo during the winter have a temperature of about 19 to 20 degrees Celsius, which is very cold and uncomfortable for swimming.

The villa consists of a dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms—two doubles and one single with a single bed—two bathrooms with full showers, a pergola with a table and chairs for dining and sofas for relaxing and reading, and a large garden with artificial grass and a comfortable sun deck.
