GOODNIGHT AMSTERDAM welcoming guests for over 18 years
Enjoy beautiful Amsterdam from your own cosy and comfortable apartment on a very central and quiet location
Based in a typical Amsterdam house (build 1882)
Your own characteristic apartments (2 pers) with high ceiling
Private luxury bathroom with shower, toilet and double washbasins
This means you’ll have complete privacy
Our historic house has been recently completely renovated (2024), so inside you will have all advantages of a modern building like floor heating, good isolation and it has been newly furnished.
The wow-factor is the brand new, luxurious and spacious bathroom. You will love the shower thanks to the high water pressure. The bathroom is directly attached to the room to have complete privacy.
You will sleep on high quality Auping box spring beds. There are automatic dim-out curtains.
Cleanliness is key. We are proud to deliver the room spotless clean.
Very convenient: the AMSTERDAM AIRPORT EXPRESS bus arrives every 8 min. 200 meters from our house

Everything was modern and clean. Just minutes from center of town.
Owners are wonderful.

Pros: great location in walking distance to many of the sights and restaurants, easy access from airport via bus (very close to bus station), early check-in available, coffee and tea provided, good water pressure, hosts readily available for questions and recommendations nearby.
FYI's: the apartment suited our needs, was clean and spacious, however, it is not the apartment advertised. We stayed on the 2nd floor and were told by Inez that the they have two rentals with the one represented on the website being on the 3rd floor.
Additionally, we did not have heat the first night which was corrected when requested for our second night.

If you book this place you should - its got everything you could want. Location, lovely hosts and all in a quiet loft overlooking the roofs of Amsterdam. There are shops and restaurants used by the locals plus world famous sights and galleries , all within five or ten minutes walk. Andre and Inez were patient and kind with all our touristy questions. I loved climbing the stairs to the loft, and having the workshop on the ground level added to the charm. Stay here if you can!
