This was our 2nd year in this great house. We love the house, location, and access to the beach and of course the view you just don't get tired of. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely rent again.

Our experience was enjoyable we had a blast . We chose this place because we rented it before and having a good experience in past made us rent it again. The house is in the perfect spot close to the beach and stores .

The location of this house is awesome. The kitchen is stocked well. The property is not well maintained. The oven door handle was broken, the paint and drywall in the house was desperately in need of repair and paint. Many power outlets and a few lights in the house didn’t worm. The house wasn’t cleaned very well. The house didn’t come with any bed sheets, or towels and washcloths. The rug in the living room had a big footprint stain on it. The kitchen table has a sticky finish that you can’t clean off of it. The A/C could not keep up on the one hot day we had. The back porch rail going down the stairs was loose and dangerous to my elderly mother. For the price of this house, it should have been in great condition, but sadly it was not.
