Please note that the Suntide II HOA has scheduled major structural repairs on some Gulf balconies.
The work is scheduled from May 4th to May 22nd. Condos can still be occupied, but guests should be aware of potential noise and dust around the property during the day.
Important: If a guest's unit balcony is under repair or is located beneath a unit being repaired, access to that deck will be closed off during those dates.

Enjoy a piece of paradise at Suntide ll Condominium Community, Unit 403, your home away from home. A charming, spacious condo perfect for creating unforgettable memories with your family and friends as you experience South Padre Island. Large windows bathe the spacious living room with natural light. Enjoy ocean views through floor-to-ceiling windows while lounging comfortably on the large L-shaped couch. When the sun goes down, watch the shrimp boat lights dance across the water as you watch the game on the large flat-screen TV or pop in a favorite movie on VHS or DVD.
Enjoy the beautiful quartz countertops and the stunning oak cabinets while exercising your culinary expertise in the fully equipped kitchen. Stock up the large 5-shelf pantry with your favorite foods to enjoy during your stay. The dining area seats 6 guests comfortably. Enjoy a meal on the oceanfront-covered balcony as you take in the breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico, spot pelicans passing by, and savor the salty air kissing your face as it rushes by. Check-in was effortless. I provided my information online prior to departing from home. I received a text with the entry code and went straight to the unit. The unit was clean and well furnished. Beachfront location with a great view of the gulf and beach. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the accommodations. Check-out was simple. Just entered a code on the keypad. We had a comfortable, relaxing stay. Thanks to our host for everything.

Beautiful view. Comfortable beds, nice furniture, well-equipped kitchen. Balcony composite furniture was a nice addition; 2 chairs, 2 Adirondack lounges, 1 table. Spacious, decorated nicely. Heated pool and hot tub was essential for me. Beach access is well kept. Water is hot!! Pressure is good. Communication with PIR was awesome. Step in tubs in both bathrooms need safety rails and more hooks to hang bath towels so they dry. Washer and dryer are outside the unit and cost 4.00 per load. Too many people know the pool access codes and aren't renting there. I suggest you post hot tub limits for how many people can be in there at a time and perhaps no beach shoes. Spring breakers were boisterous a few nights until 6:30 a.m. We're renting again next year.

View and beach access were supurb. Would have been nice to have a few basic condiments for cooking, salt,pepper etc.

The condo was beautiful! We had the best stay and really enjoyed our time in the condo also it was just so relaxing and loved looking out at the ocean view! Thank you the host for letting us stay in your condo!
