Starting on Monday July 13th, 6 the building will begin applying rooftop coatings on the carports. They will tape off sections as work progresses. We ask visitors and owners to park in the front parking area or along the back fence to ensure vehicles are protected. There is a decent amount of visitor parking at Cocoa Beach Towers. They will also be grinding and painting the curbs. The building expects the work to last 2-3 weeks.

Super clean unit. Host was responsive and great to work with. Amazing view. Awesome beach. Several nights, there was loud music from the hotel across the parking lot but they normally stopped by 11. A few times, we could smell weed from our balcony and in the common areas and elevators. As our host doesn’t own every unit, I don’t believe, they can’t control what others do, so we don’t hold that against them. Great stay!

The view was wonderful. Condo layout was nice and loved that there were beach chairs, towels, and boogie board in the condo to use. Condo appeared clean but the door was left open when we arrived which was a little unnerving and there were a pair of underwear left behind one of the bedroom doors. My son got sick and when cleaning up the mess it was concerning how dirty the floor was. My biggest issue was sleeping as the thermostat would not go below 74 despite what it was set at. We like it cool when we sleep and woke up sweating. Finally resorted to leaving the door open at night to cool it off. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the beach access, just wish we had a little more control over the thermostat. The grocery store and pier were both an easy walk away
