With room for up to 13 guests, this 2,800 square foot property comfortably accommodates extended families or two families traveling together, while still allowing space to spread out.

From the back of the house, a private boardwalk leads directly over the dunes to the beach, with only the dunes and a large private pool separating you from the shoreline. The pool may be heated for an additional fee, with heating added in advance and available seasonally. Multiple decks and porches provide inviting outdoor spaces, including a second-story balcony overlooking the Atlantic and a shaded ground-level porch ideal for quiet mornings or evening conversations.

Inside, the home features two separate living rooms, each furnished with comfortable seating, TVs, and games, making it easy for groups to gather or enjoy downtime separately. The open kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and ample storage. The dining area seats six, complemented by additional seating at the breakfast bar and outdoor dining area.

Each bedroom includes its own full bathroom, offering privacy throughout the home. The primary suite features a Jacuzzi tub with a unique one-way mirror designed to capture ocean views.
