Sea Oats condominiums in Kill Devil Hills is the perfect location for that incredible experience. A sophisticated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium located directly on the oceanfront, this vacation property boasts upscale furnishings, stainless steel appliances and classic, comfortable decor.
Awake in the soothing En Suite, with sliding glass doors out to the oceanfront deck. Take a moment before you start your day to admire Mother Nature's creation. The second bedroom features a duo bunk and fun, beach decor. Two full baths provide an extra measure of privacy.
The great room features a lovely, neutral sofa and chair, a flat screen TV and a bookcase full of books! The beautiful dark wood dining table seats 4 and the breakfast bar seats an additional 2. The stylish kitchen features a beautiful back splash, granite counters and stainless steel appliances.
The community of Sea Oats Village provides its guests with a pool, park-style grill, picnic table and dedicated beach access.

This property has 2 parking spots for guests.
**Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on Memorial Day and close after Labor Day. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**
Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.

Here's a balanced, positive review you can use:We had a wonderful stay at this property. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The ocean view was beautiful and made for a relaxing experience. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and communication easy. the overall atmosphere of the property. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was easily accessible. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would gladly stay here again.

Perfect for our little family. The door code and subsequent balcony key lock box codes did not match some of the information we were given but got it figured out quickly with a simple phone call.

The pool deck could use some work. My daughter got a terrible splinter.

It would have helped if we were advised that there was no elevator. Going up about 50 stairs for two in their 80’s is no simple task especially if you have to do it multiple times a day At least there was a dumb waiter for the luggage. The condo itself was very nice.
