Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This one bedroom unit was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The sofa bed in the living room was actually comfortable! Although these condos are older, they are in good condition and the grounds are always very well kept. Property staff are friendly and helpful. Can't beat this location, across the street from Kam3 beach, and we enjoyed watching the sunset every night from our lanai!

The condos are clean and well-appointed, the grounds are immaculate, and the beach is just across the street.

Reviewer Comments: This apartment has been tastefully updated and is in a great location with views of the ocean and the mountains. Some of the furniture has been updated and some has not. 3 of the 4 dining chairs were either torn or showing wear and the windows and shower door looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. It would have been helpful to have had instruction sheets on how things work like the lights, fan and tvs.. With some tlc this unit would be premium. In spite of these details we had a lovely vacation again, for the 20+th year at Hale Kamaole.
