The was the cleanest and well maintained VRBO property we have stayed in. Great location and easy access to all the tourist spots. Many shops and eating places within easy walking distance.

I gave the property a five star rating based on location, cleanliness, and provided parking. Our only issue was with the very loud alternative music blaring all day from the store below. I would recommend this property but be aware of the noise situation.

The location was great and we really appreciated the dedicated parking for the city serves as overflow for customers for Pike's Peak COG. Once parked we were able to walk around Manitou Springs. Only disappointment was that the AC was unable to cool the appartment and when opened the windows we heard the street noise for the property is in the heart of the city.
