Had a wonderful time staying at Las Brisas for the week! Condo was spacious along with the deck facing the beach. Saw dolphins, pelicans, shorebirds everyday. Condo had all the amenities needed during our stay. Couple nice restaurants right across the street were a nice perk as well. Would definitely come back👍🏻👍🏻

Right on the beach with nice size balcony for viewing sunsets. Walking distance to many restaurants which was nice because there’s only parking for one car and no guest or handicap parking available. This was the only negative as there were 8 of us and having only the one car was inconvenient as sometimes people wanted to go different places. Only 2 bathrooms so better suited for less people.

Cleanliness needs to be addressed. We got the feeling someone may have stayed a night or 2 in the unit without a thorough cleaning. Location is outstanding. Communication was quick.
