This secure and well maintained building is located in the heart of Madeira Beach, is in easy walking distance to John's Pass, and is situated directly on the sand. The resort pool is heated throughout the year, and provides plenty of space and seating for relaxing or enjoying the Florida sun.
This top floor condo give you an outstanding view of the beach and Gulf from both the master bedroom and the living room, and the screened-in private balcony allows for a comfortable and cool area to relax or dine in.
-- The Master bedroom has a king size bed with adjoining bathroom.
-- The master bath has a custom oversize walk-in shower, and private sink and toilet areas.
-- The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed
-- The third bedroom has twin size bunk beds.
-- The guest bath off the main area includes a shower/tub combination.
-- The living room is setup with plenty of seating, along with a new 42" flat screen and a unique Tiki bar theme off the kitchen. Plenty of books, games, and DVD's for your off-beach entertainment, and easy access to the outdoor balcony area.

We had a great time! This was our second time staying here. We love how spacious the place is, the balcony, the views! The pool is great but we spent most of the time on the beach. We like the low key atmosphere. It is easy to check in, quiet, no hustle to check out. We would definitely recommend this place!

The condo itself was not super fancy but met all of our needs. Very spacious with a spectacular view from the balcony. The owner was very accommodating and communicated well

Took the older kids for a 5 night vacation, the location was perfect and beautiful ocean view. The condo was quiet and clean. Loved there were beach toys, chairs to use in the condo. We left umbrellas as our contribution to other guests :)

Condo is nice but old. The elevator broke down most of 2 days!! Being with parents that were 80 and on the 6th floor, we were basically stuck!! Thank God the view was nice. Heated pool was broke as well. We were disappointed to say the least.
