VIBRANT OCEAN-VIEW HOME IN LAS CONCHAS, ROCKY POINT – Welcome to Arena y Sol, a vibrant, two-story home located just 30 yards from the beach in Las Conchas, Rocky Point (Puerto Peñasco), Mexico. With stunning Sea of Cortez views, bright décor, and inviting spaces throughout, this home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and is perfect for a relaxing seaside escape.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOM – The first floor features three bedrooms and one bathroom. Two bedrooms include queen beds, while the third offers two sets of bunk beds, ideal for families or groups. A full-size air mattress is also available for extra sleeping space, and a washer and dryer are conveniently located on this level.
LIVING AREA – A beautifully tiled staircase leads to the second floor, opening into a cozy living area with breathtaking ocean views, a dining table, a wood-burning fireplace for cooler evenings, and comfortable seating throughout.
KITCHEN – A fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, and microwave, making meal preparation effortless for your group.
OUTDOOR SPACES – The spacious upper deck features a wood-fired oven and plenty of seating — the perfect setting to enjoy the ocean view. Downstairs, an enclosed courtyard offers a front patio, charcoal barbecue grill, an outdoor dining area under a palapa, and an additional fireplace. Beach chairs are available in the garage for guest use.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES – Ceiling fans, central air and heat, bedding, and bath towels are provided for guest comfort.
PET-FRIENDLY – Pets are allowed upon approval, with a $75 fee per pet. No smoking permitted indoors.

There was a slight mix up at check-in and we ended up having a slightly chaotic first day of vacation. But everyone was incredibly accommodating, fixed the mix up immediately, and made sure that the rest of our trip was picture perfect!

everything was fine except for the second bedroom, next to the stairs. I could not turn on the light or the fan because there was no pull down string on the ceiling fan. or the wall switch did not work ?

The house was great for my family! Location was good too. We normally stay farther down in Las Conchas because the sand is softer and it’s not as rocky, but we had a great time with the dogs on the beach! The house has a perfect layout and was kept clean. The doors don’t always lock easily, but it just takes extra effort to close. There are no outlets in the main bathroom and no remote for the TV in the main bedroom. The only other downside was that the property was covered in cigarette butts outside. Too many for me to pick up. Otherwise we loved the home and would be happy to stay here again!
