Parking is an issue. Street was our best spot when we could get it. Was nervous to park in municipal lot overnight as there were signs saying no overnight parking. Overall the house was a great layout. Individual A/C control for every room. Able to walk everywhere downtown with many restaurants to choose from. 26 steps to get upstairs might be something to take into consideration.

Location was great and unit is very spacious with all the essentials. Be aware that there are a lot of steps to get up to the unit. Overall we were pleased with the unit but a few suggestion would be to tidy up the cabinets, drawers and closets as well as add a folder with some instructions for the remotes and where games, extra pillows and blankets are located.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were comfortable and we liked the location. Everything thing went smooth.Only one thing our group was in agreement on. It was more of a safety issue. In the main bathroom the shower floor was slanted and very slippery. And the only grab bar was loose.

The advertisment stated that there would be three areas for parking for the tenants, actually there is no reserved parking area for the tenants. Parking is all public parking and during busy times of the day, this makes it very challenging. The apartment is very large.
Housekeeping could be improved. Dirty wine glass in the great room, cob webs in the corner of the master bathroom. Drain was slow in the master bathroom sink.
Kitchen was stocked well with equipment. I would recommend this to those that are young and able to climb stairs, there are 26 steps up to the apartment.
