Nick was the most accommodating host and communicated quickly with any questions we had. We stayed a month and had our cat in tow. She loved exploring the fenced- in back yard and we were relieved not to board her for a month back home! We chose this property for location since it’s close to great beaches and the Clearwater Sailing Club. Also a stone’s throw to any shopping needs. We enjoyed the Spa Pool as well, it was very well maintained and a great way to end a beach day. We definitely would recommend this property to anyone who travels with a pet or is looking for easy access to all the area has to offer!

Quiet, clean and a convenient location. Plenty of amenities and well maintained. Owner was very accessible and accommodating.I would definitely choose it again. Thanks for the cookies and water.

The swim spa is amazing! The backyard was wonderful to hang out in both during the day and at night. The house was in a nice quiet development and had everything we needed. It was comfortable, clean and a fantastic place to stay while in Clearwater.

I can't pick just one thing that stood out! I will start with our hosts. Fabulous communicating and have everything spelled out within the house. It was so cozy. The location was close to all we had to do. We plan to return next time we go to Clearwater.
