Great property and location. Easier to drive to the beach with older folks. Seperate living areas is basically two houses connected. Only outside access between the two. Not a big deal but definitely separated the party.

Very charming little house. Loved the downstairs getaway. Equipped with everything we needed. The back deck was really enjoyable, secluded with the trees.
